The food tunnel furnace is a mechanical equipment that uses heat conduction, convection, and radiation to bake food on steel strips. The oven body is generally very long, ranging from a minimum of 6 meters to 60-80 meters in length. The baking room is a narrow tunnel with a width generally ranging from 80cm to 140cm. There is a continuously running conveyor system steel belt inside the tunnel. During food baking, the steel belt runs continuously to achieve uniform baking and conveying. This type of furnace can produce continuously, with high production efficiency, saving manpower, and stable baking quality.

We mainly provide two types of steel belts for food tunnel ovens: AY1050 and AY1650 stainless steel belts. The material of AY1050 and AY1650 steel belts is austenitic stainless steel belts that have undergone high-temperature heat treatment.
